Default Storm Browser Scrolling tip

Please Login to Remove!

I saw this tip on the HowardForums and didn't recall seeing it here before, and a search didn't turn it up; if I missed it, sorry for the repeat.

Using cursor mode (when I see the arrow), if I rest a finger at the bottom of the screen, the page scrolls down slowly. If I move a finger back and forth on the bottom, the page scrolls faster. Same thing at the top. (Caveat: the "rest" doesn't work with a finger on top of that ephemeral button bar, though the "move" does.)

I don't know how swipe sensitivity or hover period may change it - I'm on High (6) and 100, respectively, on a 9530 running .148.

Of course, what I really want is to replace the browser's + and - zoom buttons with page up and page down buttons, but that's a different thread...
