Default text message icon on Storm

Please Login to Remove!

I recently updated to the BBM 5.0 and now I have the txt message icon on my screen saying there is 1 txt message, but when I go into messages there is no new message. Has anyone experienced this and if so is there a known remedy?

If it's just one message that's stuck permanently, you could try clearing the database via the dekstop manager application loader. Or you may try reloading the handheld software on the device.

If it's not in the saved messages it could also be in a folder.
