Not a big deal, but when calling a company that uses a menu system (press 1 for sales, 2 for support, etc.) is there any way that I might be able to configure my phone such that the keyboard is automatically displayed after the call is connected?

That would be a great option, I use that way more than the functions displayed after the connection is established.
