Default Problem downloading emails - 10-19-2009, 02:46 PM

Hey guys,

I had a BB storm bought in Italy and sold it in Colombia. The person that now has it says he can't download emails cause Vodafone (the carrier) is blocking him. He says that he can use internet, make calls and everything but can't download emails.

Do you guys know what could the problem be since I have never used it and have no idea?

Thanks a lot

The device's PIN number may be tied to a BIS account. The user may not be able to set up a BIS account due to this.

Thanks for your answer.

That can happen even if the cellphone was never used before?

If yes can you tell me how to proceed to unlock it?

Thanks
