Question Blackberry Internet/BES problems - 10-24-2009, 02:33 PM

Hi, I have a storm - and I had been using it in north america as my regular phone, and everything was working perfectly. I come to UK and get a contract and want to keep using my phone. Now it worked fine for a while, but now BBM and internet dont work randomly. The mobile voice connection is always at Connection: Mobile Network... the other two are random. Like right now internet service is at Connection: Mobile network, but BES is not connected. But yet BBM is working right now, but it stops working ransomly for like a half hour
then wokrs again.

I was looking through forums and saw when u type in ##000000 it takes u to a menu. Well the phone number thing is wrong. K im gunna type what mine says

•Mobile Directory #: - 2018410660
•IMSI_S: - 2018410660
•Home SID: 22 .. theres more but i dunno what sI need to change or whatever ima noob with all this. k i can change the mobile directry to my Uk number, which is one digit more, but cant change the IMSI_S one cuz it says feild is full so i cant put my full number?

Dunno if this even matters, but if soome can help me tackle this problem - I'd greatly appreciate it!

Thanks guys,
sunny
