Default Need an explanation. - 10-31-2009, 08:30 PM

Here is the deal: I upgraded to 5. Most issues fixed excpt for the Screen Brightness issue reported, and some apps no yet updated to compatability such as Quickpull, which is not the OS fault anyway.

But one issue is still baffling me a bit. When I first loaded the new OS it took out my Facebook, MySpace and Blackberry Apps. I reloaded all. All fine. But then in Downloads I see MySpace (Archived). I thought ok, why. It is on the phone and working. I chose to delete the App and when I did it took off BB Apps with it. I reloaded MySpace and BBApps. I looked in Downloads... it now listed Facebook (Archived), but it is on the phone. Can someone explain what the Archive indication is and why when one app is deleted, it takes something else with it?

Oddly, the connection at least on my phone is between MySpace, FaceBook and BB Apps where it happens. f I delete anything else, the occurance does not take place.
