Already tried downloading and replacing service books. Did the Unlock storm guide, still get the same message.

Try pulling the battery, and see if this works.

Done that several times. I think its an issue with the MCC,MNC.

Will have to revert to 4.7 and do some research before attempting again.

Updated MCC to 310 and MNC to 00. Still no go on the phone side. Data works good though. Hope no one is trying to call.
