Default Can't Open JPEGS/PDF/WORD Storm 2 etc...? - 11-04-2009, 06:49 AM

Hey All...

I can't seem to open my Jpegs or other attachments when they come through on my email.... can anyone help? I got some great advice the other day from a member, but it still hasn't worked. Just wondered if anyone could give me any more specific details on what to do.... or should I take it into my local Vodafone Store?! Though I doubt they will have a Storm 2 Specialist... you guys are much more helpful!!

Thank you...
Still love my Storm 2, music plays excellently, images are great too I think just my poorly battery which is quite low and poor... I charged it over night and only played 45 mins worth of music this morning and its lunchtime now and its down to 35% which isnt the best, if I needed to use it alot this afternoon Id struggle!! =o(

You need to resend your service books to get your BlackBerry Attachment Service enabled.

Also make sure the BB Attachment service is installed.

Click on Blackberry FAQ's at top and look under internet and email FAQs. The instructions are under Blackberry BIS. I'd post a link but not sure how.
