Default Back button doesn't work - 11-05-2009, 01:24 PM

Original Storm died a couple weeks ago, got a new (refurb) one that I JUST got everything reset on after the OS upgrade, and now the Back and Power Off buttons quit working.

Is there anything I can try myself to resolve this, or do I just need to get the device replaced and start all over again? At least I have a recent backup!

Try a battery pull and se if that works.

Do you carry it in your pocket vs the case?

Did you drop it or get it wet?

Unfortunately I can't help you... but I would like to say I am having the same problem and it has persisted for about a month. This is the 3rd storm verizon has given me since May and they have all had problems.
