Angry help warranty - 11-07-2009, 12:18 PM

hi i have problems with my storm and i have try to contact blackberry for the factory warranty but i cant contact the i have try all the methods possible via email by phone nobody answer can anybody help me please

Does your carrier offer warranty support? Most do.


1st Step in Troubleshooting: Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan?
2nd Step in Troubleshooting: Pull the Battery.

Research in Motion (the maker of the BlackBerry) doesn't warranty the phone. You need to deal with whoever you bought the phone from.
