Default Activating a Storm 9530

Please Login to Remove!

Hi, I just bought a Verizon Storm 9530 from the USA but the display says "Activation Required". Is it possible to get round this because I do not live in the USA and I do not have a Verizon account.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
