The device has two email accounts

#1 BES
#2 BIS

They both have their own icon

#1 BES is the default Message icon and all BES configured emails are delivered there.

#2 BIS has it's own message icon but when a message is delivered to it the message ends up in the BES message icon also.

From what I can find there are only two ways to keep these two message stores separate. One is a third party app Empower and the second is set up a search that needs to be run regularly.

You are correct. Which OS are you running? I thought the .328 update provided resolution for this in that it provided an icon just for BES mail. If I am incorrect, the Empower option is the only way.
