Default From Curve to Storm 2

Please Login to Remove!

Quick question; I just got the ok to order the Storm 2 and am currently using the Curve 8330. I did a full back up, so my question is when I get the new phone can I just load all my stuff right onto the new phone? I'm on a BES and so all my contacts, calendar and e-mail will follow that way, but I was wondering about all the 3rd party apps, and all the pictures and ring tones that I currently have, will they all load over to the new phone if I use the desktop software? Thanks in advance.

If you use the Device switch option in the desktop manager, it should transfer all the apps.
I usually download them new OTA, so I have the latest versions.

Thanks for the reply, that makes me feel a lot better. I will look at that, I have the latest version of desktop manager on my machine at home and work. I also have saved the files in both places. So I think I'm covered. Thanks again.
