Default Help with putting a microsoft excel document on my storm.pls

Please Login to Remove!

I have registered with sheets to go and am now trying put an excel document on my phone however everytime i try and grab and drop the file into the document folder it says that this file may not be supported by the device and the options are skip, skip all, cancel, all of which pretty much cancel it.
The only file i can drop it into is the data file but when i go on sheets to go i cant access this file.
Any1 know how to do it??
would really appreciate help as i really need to update things regualarly on my spreadsheet for work.

pressing cancel should cancel the popup message and continue with the drag and drop.

Right, how are you putting the document on your phone?
Are you using Desktop Manager/Media Manager?
Or are you using Mass storage mode, clicking on the drive that appears when you plug your phone in?
Are you transfering to Media Card, or device memory?

im not using desktop manager,
im going to my computer selecting mtp device then media>Documents
and then grab the file from my pc and drag it to the folder.

This is the way i have been transferring music and photos.
(btw its device memory as i dont have a memory card in the phone)

Thats the problem.
Not sure why it is, but because you're trying to put it on the device memory, it doesnt like it.
If you transferred to a media card, I don't believe it would then be a problem.
