Default Length of ring

Hi,

Can anyone tell me how to make my blackberry ring more than twice before going to message service? This isn't long enough most of the time to pick up the call.

Also, my phone only goes to message service if it is switched off, not if it is on.

Vodafone have given me 4 different codes to sort this problem out, but none of them work.

Thanks

I had the same problem with my Verizon phone. I ended up calling customer service and tech support was able to change the rings to 30 seconds or about 6 rings. Hope this helps?
