Default Is there a way to reset the Email setup wizard.

Please Login to Remove!

I need to add my internet email account to my BB and the only option I have in the email setup wizard is a BES email account, which I already have setup, I know I have done this in the past, but can't find the option. How can I reset the email setup? I have a unlocked BB on ATT, if I wipe it to restore the default options will i have to go through the process of setting it up again (browser, etc)?

I try.. but after entering my pin and imei # it says your account is not accessible via html browser... please use your device to access BBIS..

???

So, when you select the Manage Internet E-mail icon, you don't see a link that says "Add My Existing E-Mail Account"?

I do not have the manage internet e-mail icon.. just the email setup wizard, inside the setup folder.. and when I select email setup,it shows "Select an email setup option", and the only option is BES setup.

Is there a way to manually add the Personal Email Setup icon to my storm.. as I have listed in my other threads, I am missing the icon for some reason.

Default Fixed mine

I had the same issue just now when I received a replacement BB. No choice in the setup for BIS, only BES.

Use your BB browser, go to "home", which gets you to the blackberry mobile page.

Go to the Communicate section and click Email. Scroll down to "Other Personal Email" and "Integrate Now". Then you'll get a big "Launch Email Setup" button.

This will get you to the BIS email setup page.
