Default Blackberry Storm on T-Mobile

Please Login to Remove!

I am running a unlocked Blackberry Storm on the T-Mobile network. I seem to be having data trouble. I followed the guide that is posted. Some things such as Facebook Mobile work fine but the browser is a hit and miss it works when it wants to.

Hard to tell from the lack of detail you posted... "hit and miss" means?

Like it works one day and not the next?
Or it works on some websites and not another?

What model Storm? There are four.

i tired an unlocked 9350 for about a week and had the same problems. i'd get every gmail message sent to my phone but only about 1 out of every 3 emails to each of my hotmail and yahoo accounts. facebook worked fine, but i did have issues with reading the NY Times. that site didn't want to work correctly for me.

my solution was giving the phone back and going back to my curve 8900. IMO the 9350is more of a novelty than a fully-functioning blackberry.

Wirelessly posted (9530; (I'm mobile) MF231; 35h)

@bklnavi, how silly can you be?
The 9530 is a CDMA and it must be setup correctly to work on TMo or ATT. Because you were missing emails is not a device issue.

I am also using a 9530 on the t-mobile network. i had the same issues that you did at first and like you i followed the guides on here and other BB forums and still could not get it to work correctly. So i used the service books and routing tables from my 8520 using the DM, and everything is working great now.

I am having his same issue as the above user, you say you had a particular fix for it. How can i do the same thing you did, meaning using my service books and routing tables but from a 8320 using DM? Thanks for taking the time to read my question.

simple....wipe your device, COMPLETELY, then reinstall the OS, once you did that, follow the instructions on how to get the service books onto your phone (the link for that you can find at the top of the device forum, and then also resend your host routing table and you should be set
