Default Difference between bolded and italicized word suggestions?

Please Login to Remove!

When you are typing a message, the system pops up a list of suggested words. Some are in bold and, usually down the list, some are plain italicized. What is the difference? (the italicized words aren't in my custom dictionary)

While I'm asking, any way to get it to stop suggesting nonsense like "jjb" and "nhgll"?

Thanks guys!

Bolded suggested words are actual "true" dictionary word possibilities, the italics are not words in the dictionary.

So, if your fingers have actually typed "jjb", you might see that in italics. The bolded choices would be jab and job.
