I know you can customize the ringtones, but you change the sounds for Text Messaging, Alarm Alerts and various other sounds. I can not do that on my iPhone but I am hoping I can do that on the Storm and Storm 2 bc I will be getting one at the end of this week.

yeah you can customize settings for SMS, BBM, facebook, all your different email addresses, etc. you can even set up profiles based on contacts so you have different alerts for when specific people or groups of people contact you. it's great!
