Default Lost BB on Windows Explorer

Please Login to Remove!

After I upgraded to the latest OS for the storm (v5.0.0.328) I no longer have my Blackberry showing up as a couple of storage devices in Windows Explorer. I have Mass Storage Support set to ON and Auto Enable Mass Storage When Connected set to YES. --but no BB in WE.

Any suggestions?

Sounds like the blackberry is not connecting. Does desktop manager connect?

Default Connecting to Desktop Manager

BB is connecting to the desktop manager OK. Synching works fine, and Media Manager works as well.

FYI - In case anyone else runs into this problem - got the answer from one of my Crackberry mates who kindly sent me to the Blackberry site to get the patch for V5 that restores the mass starage capability.
