I just came back from a business trip and discovered two things that I actually expected to work before with my Curve that now work flawlessly with my new Storm2:
1: When traveling across the Central Standard Time Zone to the Eastern Standard Time Zone, the time would never up date on my 8330 Curve. We'll it does now! About 10 miles into the EST zone I looked at my Storm2 and a window popped up stating: "Changing to Eastern Standard Time Zone". I guess RIM figured out how to do this as many posts have been made about how a simple cell phone can do this and a sophisticated device like a BB cannot.
2: After I paired the phone with my vehicle, I can now click on enable Bluetooth on the phone while the vehicle is moving (while going the 70mph legal limit in Michigan) and it synch's up beautifully. Before you had to be traveling less than 5 mph or be at a complete stop, which never made sense to me.
I've had this phone since 11/26 and don't miss the Curve at all! Just waiting on my new Seidio charger and Innocase which should be here today!
