This may sound like a stupid question, but if I try to access the "Blackberry email login" from the handset browser, I get a "device not registered" message, and instructions to re-register my handset... which I have done, but it makes no difference.
I can access the email system using my PC, and if I use the "set up email" button.. and I get all, and can send emails OK from the handset..
Why can I not access the service from the default browser?
