Default My storm deletes calendar entries when set to save forever

HELP! Is there any fix for this problem? My Blackberry is set to save my calendar entries FOREVER. The phone has plenty of memory available. Yet the phone periodically deletes old calendar entries. Back in September it happened after I did a software update. I thought that had to be the reason. I looked for old entries a few days ago and everything was deleted prior to 11/27. I do not sync my calendar with any computer program.

I saw a thread about this in the general topics section but there was no answer. Has anyone else had this problem? Were you able to get it fixed?
TIA
