Default Can not access Custom profiles or ringtones & alerts

Hi all.

This is my first message on this forum & I need your help.

My Storm 9500 will not let me access custom profiles or in the menu options ringtones & alerts. Nothing happens?

I have no sound on incoming emails.

I have os4.7.0.181 installed. With no themes.

I can change my ringtones but not text or alerts.

Can someone help please
