Does you have GPRS or gprs by the network indicator?

jenko 01-02-2010 07:48 AM

i have gsm ? or 3g

MidnightDraven 01-02-2010 08:10 AM

Then you do not have data.
You should see either GPRS or 3G (with dots after it) to indicate you have data.
gsm, gprs or 3g indicate no data.

The data plan is not correctly provisioned.
Call O2, asking for TECHNICAL support (not customer services) and explain the problem.

top right corner of your screen should have a blackberry logo to show that you are connected to BIS at least (that's what I'm using and i don't know how it shows for other methods of connecting to the internet >.<)
