I have an unlocked Storm 2 (9550) and I'm having several problems with it. I unlocked the phone and i'm using a AT&T Orange sim. My network setting are
Network Technology : GSM/UMTS
Network Mode : 2G

I am always dropping calls. I also have a problem with the screen not working properly. If I press anything near to the (TALK, Menu, Escape, End Call) keys the phone returns to the main screen. I often have problems texting as well.

The remedy is a reboot, but that only works for maybe an hour.

Has anyone seen anything similar to this?

Yep. The bottom bottom buttons problem is a known issue with some devices.
The other problems I'm not aware of. I would suggest first off for the dropped call issue to get a SIM swap at ATT and see if it improves.
