I have searched the forums, and the few solutions I have found, don't seem to work for me. I'm hoping one of your brilliant minds can help me through this.
At my previous employer, I was on a BES with my blackberry. Recently left for a new job, and old employer lets me keep BlackBerry storm. New employer does not have a bes.
Took my storm wiped the handheld, got it unlocked by verizon and now have it running on T-Mobile. Everything is working fine, except...
I can't sync using desktop manager. I'm running v. 18.104.22.168. When I start desktop manager, it tells me I need to configure my synchronization settings. At the next step, I can select any device application (calendar, memopad, address book, etc). On the next step, I select Outlook (which is what I want to sync with), and the next step I select two way sync. When I go to select my outlook profile, there is no profile there. I have two profiles, but only need to sync to one. However, it's blank. If I click next from there I get a runtime error with a message "Options value is unacceptable. Please check option properties."
I have downloaded and installed a fresh copy of desktop manager. I have deleted the intellisync file. I have also tried to create a new profile in outlook. None of that has worked.
