Hi i really need help unlocking the phone, cuz when i put the letters mep2 the message that is supposed to prompt that says enter the mep code doesnt appear, what I should do? I really appreciate the help

What does it say after entering "MEPD"? If Network states its inactive or disabled then it is already unlocked and probably the main reason it is not popping up for you. Second solution would be to put in another carriers SIM and see if you have service already.
