Default Hide browser menu by default?

Please Login to Remove!

Does anyone know how to hide the menu at the bottom of the browser by default? It is the menu that shows: go-to, column mode, cursor mode, zoom in, and zoom out. I know you can hide it by placing your finger anywhere on the screen for a second, but I would like it off by default.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks!
