I have a BB 9559 v5.0.0.320

The issue I'm having is with the numeric keypad. What happens is I'll use the numeric keypad to dial out. While in the call if I wish to use the numeric keypad to dial an extension i'm only given the following keys; 0,1,5,* and voice mail. Any ideas?

This happened to me as well during my first week of ownership. Battery reboot did the trick.

In your Options > Screen/Keyboard > Portrait view keyboard, set that to Full keyboard or Suretype and save, that is known to fix the numeric dialing keypad glitches.
