Unhappy Lost my "Hidden Files"

Please Login to Remove!

Good Afternoon Posters!!

I havent been on here for ages as I was enjoying my storm but have now encountered a problem!! I had some pics, which I wanted to "hide" so that parents/friends couldnt find them! (I say no more!) So I tried putting them into folders - yet you can still see them when you click on "all pictures" so - I clicked on a picture, options, property and clicked "hidden" thinking, wow maybe a secret folder opens up!! BUT - now I can not find my images anywhere!!!

So Firstly - Is there a way to get the images back?
Secondly - Is there a way you can put your images in a folder and lock it/hide it so that no one (but you) can find them!!?

Thanks in advance!! Still love my storm! And found texting a lot easier when I broke the nails on my thumbs when I recently went bowling! Great stuff! I just have two short finger nails now! But I can type so much faster! Yippeeeeee!!!

Which OS do you have on your Storm? With OS5, you go into the Media folder, hit the menu key and select "Explore." Once you are in the Explore view, just hit the menu key and you should have "Show hidden" in there. Let me know if you need any more help.

That option should be there in OS 4.7 as well.

I know it's there in OS 4.7, but I think there was another icon you had to select first for Explore view. I haven't run OS 4.7 in a while, so my memory is a bit hazy is all.

Thanks for all the sensible comments!

No problem.

If you upgrade to the 5.0 OS, just remember they changed how the Media functions work. Have fun with your Storm.
