Default Two phone numbers on Storm 2

If I have a unlocked S2 on Verizon with one number, and put in an ATT or Tmobile SIM with another number, can I switch between the two numbers by turning on/off the CDMA connection?

I don't know if I can turn off the CDMA connection, and I don't have a S2.
It would be pseudo dual sim if it works.

How long do I have to wait to get an unlock code from Verizon if I open a new account with a S2.

Default

I have a Storm2 on Verizon. I have an ATT sim in it also.
Each has its own number and I switch between them.
