Exclamation HELPP! screen suspension problem? storm 2

every other part of my screen clicks but only the corner of the end call button doesnt. Is this a common problem? or is the storm 2 this way when you are not in a call? it works but it is very firm to push.. i bought my phone yester day so im sure i can have it exchanged please let me know as soon as possible! thanks!

mine had the same problem and Ieventually had to get a new one.

seems to be common.
Heres what I do to keep it at bay:
get quick pull and schedule a pull for the middle of the night.
dont let the battery get low,
if you want to clean the screen pull the battery and only polish it do not use force.

mine will play up for a couple of days every third week or so.
I think it is a software thing.
I have just got the new software down loaded so heres hoping it goes away...
