Default My 'end' button won't push down, so I can't end calls???

Hi,

I'm on vodafone with new storm 2 & the phone works great. All of it does.

Except 50% of the time the end button won't push down so I can't end calls.

1. It seems when i wish to end a call the screen is frozen so im unable to push it down to end the call. same for for both in coming & out going calls.

2. Sometimes when i can press the end key down instead of ending the call a message appears asking me 'continue to home screen, keep call active'???

again, everything else works fine apart from this little issue with ending calls.

what should i do please? Thanks in advance

There are several threads on End Button issues.
Did you search?
It is a know problem, although I am not sure if anyone knows the exact cause. I think there is speculation that it is actually a software issue, but it doesn't effect everyone.

I have that issue occasionally. Maybe one out of ten calls. If the other party ends the call first there's no problem. Its a problem with leaving a VoiceMail where I must end the call.

Dear Guyz,
Anyone know how to fix these problem....if these problem occur I need to pull out my battery and put it back to end the call...

If you have a holster you can set the phone to auto end calls when placed in holster.

I had my phone replaced by Verison for the very same issue. Luckily it did it at the store so they could observe the problem.
