| "Call forward" and "No answer forward(Busy transfer)" are two different options.
For Verizon: *72<destination #> [Send] is to activate "Call forward", which will forward ANY CALLS, and you phone won't even ring, it happens at network side.
*71<destination #> [Send] is to activate "No answer transfer/Busy transfer", which will only forward your call if there is no answer, busy, and/or you hit "Ignore". It won't go to your normal VZW voice mail, rather transfer the calls to the destination number you specified.
To cancel "No answer transfer, *920 [Send]. To cancel "call forwarding", *73 [Send] |
