Default Call Issues

Please Login to Remove!

It is not clear to me if the issue I am having is related to my Storm (1) or Verizon. In probably every other call, my voice gets muted and the other person on the line thinks I hung up although I can still hear them. I don't believe this is related to the old inadvertent muting for a couple of reasons:

1) as far as I know this was fixed in the few latest updates and I have the latest OS release available in this site
2) when it happens, I check my screen, bring up the call screen and toggle mute/unmute with no solution of the issue

Has anyone come across this and know how to address it?

I've had my storm 2 for about a month now, and still find it horrible for making phone calls. I still like it though, it's great at everything, other then being a phone...
