Default Speed Dial Trashed!

Please Login to Remove!

I upgraded to a later OS recently (sorry, can't remember the number). I noticed that my speed dial assignments became mixed up.

I've downgraded to the previous version with no change. Has anyone else experienced this and been able to resolve it?

Sounds like you may not have choose the option to backup your phone before upgrading. You did do a manual backup before you upgraded right?

Just restore your phone with the backup file that you should have created and all your settings, speed dial, profiles, etc will be back.

If you didn't create a backup of your BB, start entering in all your numbers manually, thats the only option you have.
