Exclamation help...can sum1 xplain what rung?

MY data plan expired and i was still able to browse. but afta 2days, My carrier had server problems buh wen it was rectified i realize that i cld not browse anymur buh the issue is that checkin my service status, my BIS conection reads: mobilke network!!.....plz aw cum tis is happenin, am connected yet not browsing..

That is extremely difficult to read.

Your first 4 words answer your own question. You need a data plan to use the browser.
