Default BB 9520 Green Call Button Problem

Greetings,

I got a storm 9520 and when i click on the green call button does not work or only sometimes but stiff, this is a new phone surely is not from usage.
This is a general problem with this BB model or just my bad luck!!??.

This is just your bad luck...Well at least thats what I believe...I personally changed quite a bit of cases in my time and usually the button goes bad after a while, when its damage, or improperly placed...I would take the case apart carefully and examine it. But I have experience taking it apart...Well Good luck!!!
