I have recently updated my blackberry storm 9500 with the latest updates and now the email reconciliation doesn't work with my hotmail account, it doesn't delete messages or even show them as opened when I log onto my hotmail account, it worked before the update but not since.



Please help.

try to webmail blackberry ( www.provider.blackberry.com ) then check your hotmail.
