Default Some questions about the BlackBerry Storm

Please Login to Remove!

Right I'm hopefully purchasing my first BB in the next month or so and I need some questions answered from people who have experience with them.

#1 - Does the BlackBerry storm have Wi-Fi?
#2 - Will using the browser always take my credit? (Even if i have access to a Wi-Fi connection?)
#3 - Does it have a email function which supports Windows Live/Hotmail?
#4 - I've seen white BlackBerry Storms. Are these aftermarket cases which void the warranty or are they an official BlackBerry Phone in limited edition white?
#5 - Are there any common problems which occur with BlackBerry Storms?

Thanks In advance

Moved to the 9500 section and fixed the title.

#1. 9500 and 9530 do not have WiFi. 9520 and 9550 do.

# 3. As for email, You can set up your Hotmail account in BIS, but you need a BB data plane. Do a search on Windows Live. I know there are some issues but don't recall what they all are.

#5. Common problems: Peruse the 9500 section.

#2. No, it will never take your credit. It will use your blackberry data plan data allowance. And on wi-fi, wont use the data allowance.

#4 RIM haven't released a white Storm (or storm 2). Only white Bold 9000, Bold 9700 and (i think) 8520.

Dubdub - Cheers for correcting the title and apologies for the wrong section.
I'll be getting the 9520 or 9550 then, I'll also looking into those issues.

MidnightDraven -
Cheers for putting my mind at rest about the Wi-Fi (I'm guessing the Data Plan Data Allowance is if Your on contract?)

I was checking if they sold new BB Storms on eBay and it had a white case (which looks like you need to take the original casing off to fit it.)

Thanks again.

To use a blackberry's data features = email, browser, alot of the apps; it requires a Blackberry Data Plan.
Vodafone only offer these on contract.
Orange is the UK provider to offer them on PAYG.
