I have set up my speed dial. How do I actually access it to get the benefit from this option?
How do I send a Bussiness card with my
Storm 2 BB

Not sure what you are asking with regard to speed dial. If you setup (created) a speed dial entry, then your there. Say you assingned it to the 'Z' key, then hold down the 'Z' key momentarily until the device starts the process of calling the number.

On the other question, you can forward you contact info (any contact info) from your address book as a vcard. Will that do what you want?

thank you very much for your reply. I know how to set up the speed dial. In the BB Storm 2 you assisgn it numers. Say your number is 2222 then i Assign it as number 3. My Queston is what is a quick way to get to the speed dial to press the no 3 key that will dial your speed dial no without me going to the contact and looking for your name. When i press phone a keypad comes up. then i should hold in the 3 key for a few seconds and then it dials the speed dail numbers. But this does not happen at all. I took the phone in and they could not help me eiter. They cleared the phone yesterday and reloaded the operating system. still the same problem! not sure where from here.

the other thing is - say a friend wants your number from me and says that i should send him a bussiness card. I have no idea how to do that with the BB Storm 2 - it only give me an option to send it to an email address.

I have zero hands on experience with the Storm series. I don't know what to tell you. Best thing I can advise is find a friend or go to a store of kiosk and say, "Ok, show me what I'm doing wrong here." Maybe it isn't you. I don't know.

On the vcard, here is at least one way to do it:

Open address book.

Highlight a contact.

Open menu, select send as attachment.

Complete the email and send.

The user will be able to open the attachment and then save to their address book.

Or, you can compose a PIN message, open menus, and aselect attach contact.
