Default Pls Help My BB 9500

Please Login to Remove!

Hi everyone

I have a BB9500, i did update my BB9500 on my computer,but when i updated my BB, my computer did shut down itself and BB was updating itself and the update didn't completed.Now my BB dosn't turn on and bling red light, I tried JL commender and i tried Hard reset and everything, you guys, do you have any solution and any idea about my BB9500

Wipe it with Jl_cmdr and reload the OS. And make sure the PC and BB both keep running during the process.

See our FAQ for info on Jl_cmder and what to do if the PC and BB will not connect.

And please update your profile to indicate our current cell carrier. that can be a useful bit of information in troubleshooting problems.
