My battery 9530 is having battery problem. It was fine before few days and yesterday I upgrade to latest version of OS, after that its not standing long.

When I tried to charge the phone, its showing full charge after few minutes or an hour and in status its showing fine.


But the phone goes off when a call comes.

How can I increase my battery life ?

If I am charging it for 7 or 8hrs will it worth ?

a couple of OS upgrades back there was a build that was associated with short battery life. The only way to determine if the problem is cause by the OS upgrade is to reinstall the previous version and see if this changes battery performance.

You could buy a new battery and see what happens. If after a good recharge the new battery dies fast, then its probably the OS. If not, then it just might be that your current battery is no longer holding a charge.
