Default storm 9530 Service book problem

Ok , this has probably been touched on numerous times, but i cant find EXACTLY the info i need, and dont have a tON of time to continue to dig..i apologize in advance....

my problem is Storm is unlocked on tmobile, and i had an issue with it, so i called tmobile tech support/unsupported handsets....somehow the lady directed me (whether on purpose or mistakenly) to a place in the phone where i had wiped out the service books altogether....any clue on how to get these back so i can try and replace them with the tmobile books again?? or which route i can not used to the storm yet, as i was only able to use it for a couple days before it went down...everything else works except the email and data thing....thank you in advance for taking the time to help me..

It should not take a lot of time as the detailed instructions are "stickied" at the top of the 9500 section...
