i have a blackberry storm 9500
a red light flashing on it
i try run the os n it stop half way in installation
help please

Were you trying to update the OS?

You probably need to wipe it with Jl_cmder and then reload.

See the FAQ for Jl_cmdr.

JL cmdr will work. Or Blackberry Swiss Army Knife (BBSAK).

Your problem might be with Digicel if your phone is wiped and the OS reinstalled.

maybe its with digicel
but what can i do i get the phine from oversea
