Thumbs down opera works.cant download applications.

I have bb 9530.
I log in to internet without bb Data plan after setting TCP/IP. and I installed works fine. But the problem is when i download application,it goes to bb browser.since i dont have bb data plan, it says Your device does not have any browser configuration service book entries and ask me to contact service provider. and i try to do the setting in the browser configuration option. but is blank.
please advice me on how to do setting in browser and download application without data plan.

Exactly. The only other way is to use the desktop manager with the alx and cod files. Most people do not provide these files
