Default How can I tell what apps are running

Please Login to Remove!

I'm trying to figure out what apps are running on this thing but I can't really find where to look. Also I have some symbols and stuff at the top of the screen where the number of unread emails and such are and I have no idea what they are ... anyway I can find out?

Have you checked out the Main menu and search the memory currently being used and what apps are running?
And if so just go through your apps and see which are on and what's not on.

Or you can hold down the menu key as stated earlier.
