Default Third Party Apps with BES

Please Login to Remove!

I have a Storm connected to a BES with a third party app installed. The Storm has os 5 and the BES is on os 4.1.4.15

When the phone is on the BES, the app does not connect to the server. When it is not activated on the BES the app works fine. Does anyone know of a fix?

Thanks in advance.

It sounds like the IT Policy is restricting the application. I would contact the BES Admin...

The default policy could have been modified, or there is likely an application control policy in place which is restricting access to the app.

i have check all policies and there are no restrictions.

Does the app need to be pushed from the BES in order to work correctly?
