Default problems with computer sync with Blackberry

Hi

I am having troubles having the computer and the Storm (9500) connecting.

I cant seem to be able to download movies from Roxio to blackberry or have any sync with the computer.

I have tried to disable and enable the Mass storage but this makes no difference.



P.s my last thread question was about the storm continually redialling the first contact on the list.

It was suggested that it could be moisture. I dismantled the storm and put it in front of a heater ( not to close) and it work pretty much straight away

Jeff,

someone posted about this problem before. It may have been another forum, but the problem was finally solved with a wipe and fresh OS install.

Also, if you get the moisture problem again, just remove the battery and hit the Storm up with a hairdryer. Heat it up good, let it cool, then heat it up again. Works like a charm and will save you the trouble of dismantling the phone.

If you actually dunk it fully, its better to dismantle.
